Daily Administration Services-

  • Drafting of constitution and conduct rules for approval by the Board;
  • Coordination of Board meetings;
  • Keeping record of the approved meeting minutes in a minute book as prescribed in the Sectional Title Schemes Management Act;
  • Guidance regarding statutory formalities in connection with meetings, voting, quorums, proxies, nominations and agendas;
  • Advising the Board on enforcement of the rules adopted by the Homeowners; Association / Body Corporate on specific instruction from the Directors / Trustees;
  • Storage of all original statutory documents, supplier source documents, contract documents, insurance policies etc. on behalf of the scheme;
  • Advising, and assisting, the Board on common property maintenance issues;
  • Advice regarding signage applicable to the complex;
  • Advice on preventative maintenance programs;
  • Processing of approved invoices to the Managing Agent for payment.
